T- TEACH

Teaching children Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing (LSRW) skills. Assistance to teaching with teaching and lesson plans, teacher - engaged activities of learning.

U- UNDERSTAND

Understanding the aim of education as envisioned by NEP 2020, by articulating the Curriculum Goals, Competencies and Learning Outcomes. Early language and mathematics, understanding curricular goals - Related aims of education and domains of development. Understanding competencies as learning outcomes are attained.

S- SUPPORT

Empowering and supporting teachers thought Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs in line with NEP 2020, where continuous opportunities for professional learning and interaction enquiry and reflection are embedded in practices. Describing ways in which technology can be used to support teaching and learning at the foundational stage.

K- KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of child pedagogy, the components of brain development, developmental stage of a child, developmental milestones understanding families, communities and their roles in foundational development and implications of learning in school.
